I am so happy you are here! I am Kayla, the face behind Wander Where Nxt. I have had a lifelong passion for traveling the world and I am so happy to start sharing my adventures with you! I am a wife, mother, and nurse who prefers to experience new cultures and see new places most of all. When I was a child, I would watch the Travel Channel instead of cartoons. I thought one day I would be like Samantha Brown or Anthony Bourdain, sharing my adventures around the world for everyone to see. I figure this is my opportunity to do just that and fulfill that dream!

I have always been the one to plan trips and arrange an itinerary for every trip I go on. I will be sharing those itineraries and what I recommend to help you plan your dream travels! My travels include going with my family, as a group, and (my personal favorite) solo travel. I want to empower all women to travel to those dream destinations, even if it is alone!

Currently, my adventures have taken me to 12 countries in 5 different continents, as well as 25 states. I have big goals of seeing the entire world, so let’s get out there and see more!
